SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 4-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order a confirmation email will be send with your order number for reference. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Your order will be delivered to you as soon as possible! Extra safety precautions are taken with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order delivered to you within 7 working days. In case you have not received your order, we request you to raise the concern within 2 days of receiving the delivery confirmation notification to Songs Of Summer at info@songsofsummer.com
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@songsofsummer,com and we will revert to you at the earliest.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We at SOS try to represent the colour, size and shape to the best of our ability through images and the product description.
Since all pieces at SOS are handcrafted, no two pieces are identical. So please expect light variations from piece to piece in shape / size/ glaze applications from the images provided, of these light variations , will not qualify for returns or exchanges.
Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, we do not accept returns only exchanges in case of damages in transit, if additional pieces are available in stock
In case there is any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email within 24 hours from order delivery with proper images of damaged goods and we will replace your order and incase of stock out then a refund is processed within 2 weeks.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted only for damaged products. In case Songs Of Summer is unable to provide an exchange due to unavailability of the product then a refund is issued within 2 weeks from approval of refund back to the source of payment.
REFUNDS
Once the refund is approved. you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
